thigh dermolipectomy
This type of surgery is indicated in those people who have flaccidity-excess skin- in the internal surface of the legs.
This surgical intervention can be performed under local or epidural anesthesia. The incision is done in the inguinal area where scar will be hidden and excess skin and adipose tissue are removed, trying to avoid a low scar is noticed.
In the post-operative time, it is recommended to use a thigh support to allow the patient to easily move although the patient should rest a few days at home.
Stitches are removed within 10 to 14 days. Although changes are immediately noticed, definitive results will be seen in a couple of months.
